INSTRUCTORS
Woody Hodgdon, CUCE, BSACS
Woody is the founder of W & D Adventures, LLC and Regulations A-Z & More. He has been a national compliance presenter for more than 17 years and recently retired from Addison Avenue Federal Credit Union after 28 years. Woody was most recently the national compliance manager at Addison Avenue and was located in their Loveland, Colorado Branch. Addison Avenue FCU started out serving the employees of Hewlett Packard and now serves dozens of other high tech companies. Woody spent 17 years at HP Rocky Mountain Federal Credit Union in Loveland, Colorado, which eventually merged with the other HP credit unions to form Addison Avenue FCU. Woody's jobs included managing the collection and compliance departments. He spent three years as an agent for CUNA Mutual Group in northern Colorado prior to starting his management career with credit unions.

Woody has been involved in credit union management, operations, marketing, and compliance issues for more than 30 years and has also held jobs as Interim Credit Union's manager, vice president of operations, branch manager, marketing manager, collection and compliance manager, and senior loan officer. He is a graduate of Western CUNA Management School in Pomona, California and is a 1980's graduate of CUNA's Regulatory Compliance School and attends and teaches at annual update sessions. Woody is a contributing author to CUNA's Regulatory Compliance Training and Certification Program (RegTraC) and has earned the professional "Credit Union Compliance Expert" (CUCE) & the "Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist" (BSACS) certifications from Credit Union National Association.



WEBINAR OVERVIEW
Just like in face-to-face classes, CUNA Webinars allow you to see and hear a presentation, ask questions of the instructor, and refer to handouts. You need only a speakerphone and computer with Internet connection. With a computer projection screen, it's easy to provide this training to a whole roomful of staff!

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received in writing (via fax 608-231-4327) before the end of business on August 1, 2010 are eligible for a refund of the amount paid minus a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received after August 1, 2010. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply fax event and contact information, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing. Cancellation fees do not apply for free or complimentary programs.
