Learn how to fulfill the needs of your members, increase exposure to your credit union's products and services, and develop a successful sales culture. This eSchool will inspire new sales people, rejuvenate veterans, and help non-sales professionals become an effective part of the sales team. All employees need this training for projecting a professional image in your credit union with every member interaction.

TUITION
Registration Fee, Attendee: $795 per person CUNA Council members receive a $100 discount.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND This eSchool would be beneficial for anyone at your credit union wanting to learn how to excel in member service.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations received in writing (via fax 608-231-4327) before the end of business on April 27, 2010 are eligible for a refund of the amount paid minus a $200 administrative fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received after April 27, 2010. Substitutions are accepted anytime prior to the start of the program at no additional cost. Simply fax event and contact information, listing the new participant and who they will be replacing. Cancellation fees do not apply for free or complimentary programs.
